Local Artist Visits WO

The W-O Art Department were very pleased to have Sarah Clarke visit them on February 10. Sarah is a professional artist and a graduate from WO. Sarah’s passion for local landscape and oil painting was evidentSarahClarke her presentation. Student’s were not only wowed by Sarah’s art work, but they appreciated her openness in talking about preparing for university level art programs, the challenges of being a professional art and what it’s like to manage your own business. Congratulations – Alpine Ski Team – WCSSAA Results

Congratulations to the W-O Alpine Ski Team on their medals at WCSSAA. The Girls Team earned Gold in Level One. Our Boys Team won Bronze in Level One. Overall Waterloo-Oxford brought home a silver in the Combined Level One WCSSAA Alpine Skiing! A special congrats goes to Megan Walls on her bronze medal finish in Level One. Well Done by All.
