Current WRDSB grade 8 students will receive course selection information and instructions from their grade 8 teachers in February 2026. Students will select their grade 9 courses using MyBlueprint at their current school in February.

Registration for the 2026-2027 school year is now open.
Step 1:
Login to Aspen (link provided in the instructions below) to complete the online registration form by Wednesday February 11th, 2026. You will need to create a parent account. Aspen account creation must be done on a desktop or laptop. Once the account is created, registration can be done on a mobile device. Please click the following links for step-by-step written instructions or video instructions. All student contacts (caregivers, guardians, parents) must be entered in the online registration form. Please do not upload identification documents (ie. birth certificates) here as we cannot accept digital or paper copies.
Step 2:
Complete the Course Selection Package and return it via email to amanda_bourassa@wrdsb.ca or in person to W-O’s Guidance Department by Wednesday February 11th, 2026.
Step 3:
If your student has an Individual Education Plan (IEP), please include a copy with your Course Selection package.
Step 4:
Once we have received your registration package, W-O Guidance will contact the caregiver, guardian or parent to schedule an in-person registration meeting. These meetings will be scheduled in December to mid February. Original copies of the following documents must be brought to this meeting in order to complete your student’s registration:
- Proof of Birth: Birth Certificate, Permanent Resident Card, Passport, or Canadian Citizenship Card
- Proof of Address: Current Utility bill (within the past 3 months), current property tax bill, current phone (landline only) or current internet bill, current agreement of puchase of sale, current lease agreement, current property insurance bill
- Custody or Access Agreement (if applicable): If there is a legal document that sets custody and access for your student, a copy must be provided to the administrator at the registration meeting. Both parents/guardians must approve their students’ registration at W-O where there is a custody or access agreement.
