For any new Grade 9’s that missed the Chromebook pick up time on Monday, we are pleased to offer another pick-up time this Wednesday, September 2, 2020 – from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
Before Coming to the School Site
Before coming to the school it is imperative that the parent/guardian and child complete the Region of Waterloo Public Health COVID-19 Self-Assessment and:
- Be free of COVID-19 symptoms
- Not have been in close contact with any individual diagnosed with COVID-19 or exhibiting potential COVID-19 symptoms
- If the self-assessment indicates recommendations for care/isolation, and/or the conditions a) or b) are not met, do not come to the school/site
The WRDSB has an obligation to follow social gathering requirements set out by the Government of Ontario as well as the critical physical (social) distancing criteria outside and inside the facility at all times.
Parking:
- Please park in the front lot of W-O
- Parents – please remain in the vehicle to reduce the number of people waiting in line
Pick Up:
- Please line up outside the front door and adhere to the physical distancing markers
- A member of our staff will be at the entrance door to distribute the Chromebooks
- You must complete the Chromebook Agreement Form Online, prior to pick up
- Students are required to wear masks.
- Only one person at a time for pick up
- Class schedules will not be available at this time
