*** WRDSB has given WODSS special permission to do locker retrieval on June 8 and June 9 due to construction that is starting the week of June 15. Please refer to this post for more information and specific time slot on how to collect your belongings and return school items that you are not using for distance learning.***

Dear WO Students and Families,

I am pleased to share the process for the retrieval of student belongings from lockers. Any student who has contents in their locker or are needing to return washed sports uniforms, textbooks (that you are no longer using this year), library books or chromebooks (for non-returning students who are no longer using their chromebook for school) please carefully review the information below and refer to the chart designating dates and times to come to the school. Students who have a school issued musical instrument are being asked to keep the instruments over the summer. Instruments will be returned to the school in the fall.

Students not needing to access their lockers, but only returning library books/textbooks, chromebooks (for non-returning students who are no longer using their chromebook for school) or washed sports uniforms, can come to the school at their designated date and time. Students will enter through the marked stage door at the back of the school, drop off their items and exit through the marked cafeteria doors.

Please review the information below which outlines the health and safety practices that must be followed prior to entering the school. Parents may not accompany students into the school unless there are extenuating circumstances (ask at the door if necessary).

Students NOT Returning to WO or Attending any other WRDSB School in the Fall

You can return your chromebook during the designated locker cleanout time if you are no longer needing them, or you can return them later in the summer (please watch for messaging on our website in August).

Please refer to the attached Locker Clean Out Schedule to confirm your exact time.
