Midget Boys Cross Country Bring Home WCSSAA Championship

Congratulations to our W-O Midget Boys who won the WCSSAA Cross Country Championship on Friday, October 14 at Bechtel Park. A special recognition to our runners who placed as follows:
Junior Boys and Girls teams placed 3rd overall. Senior Boys and Girls placed 4th overall. For the first time in the history of W-O Cross Country our Combined Boys won 2nd overall. A great team effort by all! Best of luck to all competitors at CWOSSA on Friday, October 28 at Bechtel Park.

Grade 9 Take Our Kids to Work Day – Wednesday, November 2, 2016

Take Our Kids to Work is an annual program in which Grade 9 students are hosted by parents, friends, relatives and volunteers at workplaces across the country on Wednesday, November 2, 2016. The program, which began in 1994, supports career development by helping students connect school, the world of work, and their own futures. If your Grade 9 student wishes to participate, please complete the attached Consent Form and submit it to the Guidance Office by Monday, October 31, 2016. Consent Form

Photo retakes are on Monday, October 24 for anyone who missed their photo earlier in September. Everyone needs a photo for the yearbook and activity cards. Retakes are also for those re-doing their photo package or those with errors on their original Student Activity card.
