Reminder – Confirmation of Attendance Form Due at 4:00 pm Today, August 13th

Thank you to everyone who has already completed the mandatory Confirmation of Attendance form.  This is just a final reminder for anyone who hasn’t had a chance to complete it, the form is due at 4:00 pm today, Thursday, August 13th.
The completion of this form is imperative to assist us in scheduling for September. Should you change your mind, after the form has been submitted, please contact us to review your request.

Hello W-O Families,

This is just a reminder to everyone to please complete the online Confirmation of Attendance Form that was sent out by email last week.

It is very important this form is completed for each student in your household, no later than 4:00 pm, on Thursday, August 13th. 

The completion of this form is imperative to assist us in scheduling for September. Should you change your mind after the form has been submitted, please contact us to review your request.
