Join us on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at 7:00 pm for a School Council Meeting, Mental Health Presentation and Council Chair vote in the Waterloo Oxford Library.

Dr. Yeung will be sharing insights and compelling research around teen cell phone use and mental health issues. Dr. Yeung’s presentation will be approx. 45 minutes which will include question and answer time.

Following our presentation we will be establishing our 2023-24 School Council. The school council consists of an elected Chair, the principal, a teacher representative, student representative, and a school support staff member.  

The only elected position is that of Chair. If more than one community member ( who currently has a student registered at the school) is interested in the role a vote will be held. Parents or legal guardians must have a student currently registered in the school to vote. All voting will take place in person.
