Welcome to the 2022-2023 School Year!
To ensure that all our new Grade 9’s are prepared for learning we are providing an opportunity for students to pick up their Chromebooks before the first day of school.
Please read the Chromebook 1:1 Instructions for important and more detailed information.
When can I pick up my Chromebook?
Students are invited to pick up their Chromebooks on Tuesday, August 30th at the following times:
Students with the last name A-K – Can pick up between 7:45 am – 11:45 am
Students with the last name L-Z – Can pick up between 12:00 – 4:00 pm
Where do I go when I arrive?
Please park in the front lot at W-O.
Parents – please remain in the vehicle to reduce the number of people waiting in line.
Pick Up:
- Please enter through the front doors of the school.
- A member of our staff will be in the Foyer to distribute the Chromebooks.
- You must complete the Chromebook 1:1 Agreement (Google Form) prior to pick up. You can also bring the blue hard copy agreement we mailed to you in July.
What should I bring?
All students need to have a parent or guardian complete the Chromebook 1:1 Agreement (Google Form) before receiving their device. Please complete the form and bring a signed copy of the agreement, included in the welcome package you received in July.
What if I cannot make it on August 30th?
Don’t worry, students who cannot pick up their Chromebook on Tuesday, August 30th have two options:
- Call us (519) 634-5441 and arrange for a pick-up on August 31 or September 1 between 8:30 am and 2:30 pm
- Receive their device in class on their first day of school
