We are aware of the frustrations that have been associated with booking a time and have passed along many of your concerns. We are working closely with the vendor to come up with a solution as Lifetouch has been experiencing a significant staff shortage this year. As a result, they simply haven’t been able to keep up with the demand. We are looking into a number of different options at this point and encourage you to take a moment to complete the Google Form below.
