It’s hard to believe we are already at that time of year. Commencement is on Monday, June 22nd at The Centre In The Square!

We wanted to update you on a few items:

Crossing the Stage Cards 
Every student who is crossing the stage needs to complete this Google Form, by Friday, June 12th, 2026.

Grad Breakfast
The Grad Breakfast will be happening on Tuesday, June 16th – from 7:45-8:30am in the WO Cafeteria.  Please complete this Google Form to register for breakfast. We look forward to seeing everyone there!

Commencement Gown Pick Up
If you have registered for Commencement; gowns, caps and tassels will be ready for pick up at the Grad Breakfast on June 16th. If you cannot make it that day, you may also pick up your gown in the main office on Wednesday(17th) or Thursday(18th) of that week, or alternatively on the night of Commencement at the Centre In The Square.

Tickets 
All tickets for friends and family were required to be purchased in advance through the Centre in the Square website. The event is now sold out; however, if you would like to be placed on a waitlist for any additional tickets, please contact our main office and ask to speak with Ms. Houston.

Parking
There are several parking options in close vicinity to the Centre In The Square, including both above ground and underground parking available direclty at the venue.

Centre in the Square – Checking In
Doors to the venue will open at 6:00 pm. Inside doors to the theatre will open for seating at 6:30pm. The ceremony will begin at 7:00 pm. Students may arrive between 5:45pm – 6:15pm, and will be directed to their waiting area.
Please enter through the main doors of the Centre In The Square.
If you have digital tickets on your phone, you will be scanned in by the ushers at the door.
If you need to pick up your paper tickets – the box office in the main lobby will be open at 6:00pm.
If you have tickets on hold for you, they too will be available at the box office.

Centre in the Square – Once Inside
WO staff in black commencement gowns will be there to help guide you in the right direction.
Centre In The Square ushers will be happy to show you to your seat, once you are ready.
Light (non-alcoholic) refreshments will be available for purchase in the side lobby. (Please no outside food or beverages).

Flowers & Gifts
If you are interested in purchasing a little gift for your grad, there will be a vendor on site that night with fresh flowers and teddy bears. If you are interested, you can pre-order from their website ahead of time. Or alternatively, there will be extra’s available on the evening of the event.

If you haven’t signed up yet and would like to, please see Ms. Houston in the main office.
