School Immunization Catch-Up Clinic @ W-O – April 10th

Public Health will be in our school on April 10th, 2024 (PD Day) from 9:30 am to 11:30 am; 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm to provide required vaccinations on a walk-in basis (in the Cafeteria). This clinic is for families who received a suspension order from Public Health indicating they were missing required vaccines. The clinic will provide the needed vaccinations and/or update your child’s vaccination record. Please bring a copy of your child’s vaccination record from their health care provider to the clinic and Ontario health card number (if applicable). Please note that students 16 years of age and older do not need to be accompanied by a parent/caregiver, but will need to bring their vaccination record.
