Welcome to the 2023-2024 School Year!
To ensure that all our new Grade 9’s are prepared for learning we are providing an opportunity for students to pick up their Chromebooks before the first day of school.
Please read the Chromebook 1:1 Instructions for more detailed information.
When can I pick up my Chromebook?
Students are invited to pick up their Chromebooks on Tuesday, August 29th at the following times:
Students with the last name A-K – Can pick up between 7:45 am – 11:45 am
Students with the last name L-Z – Can pick up between 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Where do I go when I arrive?
- Please park in the front parking lot of the school
- Come to the main doors
- A member of our staff will be in the foyer to distribute the Chromebooks.
- You must complete the Chromebook 1:1 Agreement (Google Form) prior to pick up.
What should I bring?
All students must have a parent or guardian complete the digital copy Chromebook 1:1 Agreement (Google Form) before receiving their device.
What if I cannot make it on August 29th?
Don’t worry, students who cannot pick up their Chromebook on Tuesday, August 29th have two options:
- Call us at (519) 634-5441 and arrange for a pick-up on August 30th between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm.
- Pick up their device in IST Office on the first day of school (just outside the Library).
