Hello W-O!

We are pleased to let you know that starting next week, lockers will be available for all WO students.

The distribution of lockers will be done in stages this year, and your locker assignment will be emailed to you directly by Mr. Ballantyne with the subject “IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!! – 2021/22 Locker Assignments”.

Please bring a lock and your combination to school on the day assigned to your grade. You will need to show your notification email to your teacher and provide your combination in order to claim your locker.

The schedule is as follows:

Grade 9

Notification Email Sent – Friday, November 12th
Locker Assignment Day – Monday, November 15th

Grade 10
Notification Email Sent – Monday, November 15th
Locker Assignment Day – Tuesday, November 16th

Grade 11
Notification Email Sent – Tuesday, November 16th
Locker Assignment Day – Wednesday, November 17th

Grade 12
Notification Email Sent – Wednesday, November 17th
Locker Assignment Day – Thursday, November 18th

For any students who do not have a Block A Homeroom, you will be assigned your locker on Monday, November 22nd.

Locks

All locks must be able to be opened using a combination that is shared with your homeroom teacher and kept on file in the Main Office. Locks with other types of mechanisms will be removed. If you do not have a combination lock they are available for purchase on School Day, under the Products Tab for $5 each. Once paid for, you can come and pick it up in the Main Office.

Locks will also be for sale for $5 cash on Monday morning in the front foyer, just outside the Main Office before school starts.
