Four students from the Waterloo-Oxford Best Buddies Chapter participated in a conference held in London, Ontario on Tuesday, November 7th. The conference, which is held in eight different Canadian cities allowed participants the opportunity to listen to guest speaker Justin Preston as well as network with other chapters in Southwestern Ontario. The theme of the conference, “Better Together” drove home the message that we are all born to stand out and through friendship, understanding and experience, we can all make a difference in the lives of others.
