On Monday, April 25th W-O students will receive a Credit Counselling Summary sheet which will provide current information regarding their marks.

Students will also receive a Verification Sheet showing courses selected for September 2016. We ask that you review this information with your daughter/son, sign the form and return it to the Counselling Office by Friday, May 6th.

In accordance with Ministry procedures, Waterloo-Oxford issues three formal Ontario Report Cards a year: November, February and a final report at the end of June. We want our parents/guardians to remain informed about their student’s progress between February and June; therefore, we are sending the Credit Counselling Summary home to provide current information about your student’s academic status.
