Welcome to the 2026-2027 School Year!
To ensure that all our new Grade 9’s are prepared for learning we are providing an opportunity for students to pick up their Chromebooks and preliminary timetables before the first day of school.
When can I pick up my Chromebook?
Grade 9 students are invited to pick up their Chromebooks on Tuesday, September 1st at the following times:
Students with the last name A-K – pick up between 7:30 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
Students with the last name L-Z – pick up between 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Where do I go when I arrive?
- Park in the front parking lot of the school.
- Come to the main doors.
- A staff member will be in the foyer to distributing the Chromebooks.
- If you completed the Chromebook opt in-agreement form by the June deadline, your Chromebook will be ready for pickup.
- If you did not completed the form, but would like a Chromebook, please let us know when you arrive and we can add you to the waitlist.
What if I cannot make it on September 1st?
Grade 9 students who cannot pick up their Chromebook on Tuesday, September 1st have two options:
- Call us at (519) 634-5441 and arrange for a pick-up on Friday, September 4th between 8:15 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
- Pick up their device in the IST Office on the first day of school (just outside the library).
- Unfortunately, we cannot allow someone else to pick up the Chromebook in your place.
