Guidance counsellors are currently working on timetable conflicts for the 2023-2024 school year. If your student has a timetable conflict, their guidance counsellor will contact them. This process is expected to continue until the end of June and resume in early September. During this time all other course changes are on pause to allow students with conflicts as many options as possible.
Process for requesting a course change:
- Complete the Course Change Request Google Form.
- Complete the Course Change Permission Form and return to the Guidance Office on Sept. 6th (legal guardian signature required for students under the age of 18).
Links to both the Course Change Request Google Form and the Course Change Permission form will be accessible on the Guidance page of W-O’s website in early July.
Please do not email course change requests to guidance counsellors as they will be referring to the Google Form responses for all course change requests.
