Waterloo-Oxford’s Grade 12 Woodworking class created beautiful tongue drums. The musical instrument is also known as a Zyladrum. The students each constructed a drum from left over wood from other class projects. On Friday, April 20, Mr. Cowan visited the woodworking class to teach students how to play the tongue drums. The drums sounded excellent and each student’s work was highly polished and professional. Well Done! Thank you to Mr. Dube for showcasing this great student work.
