From Thursday, February 8 to Saturday, February 10 W-O’s DECA Provincials qualifiers, as well as our leadership participants, traveled to Toronto for the DECA Ontario Provincial competition. Over 6,500 students from across the province attended and competed in case competitions, multiple choice testing and participated in leadership development workshops. The 28 competitors from W-O qualified to compete based on their performance in November’s Regional Competition at SJAM. All attendees were wonderful examples of W-O Excellence, and gained invaluable business and networking experience. Congratulations goes to Kara Fleiszig, a grade 11 student, who placed in the Top 12 for her role play event at this Provincial Competition!
