Book a Guidance Appointment
Students are assigned a guidance counsellor based on the first letter of their surname. Counsellor caseloads are listed below. Students wishing to schedule an appointment with their guidance counsellor may click on the “Book an appointment” link beside their guidance counsellor’s name. Once the appointment is booked, students will receive a confirmation email.
Parents and guardians wishing to book an appointment: Please call or email your student’s guidance counsellor to arrange a meeting. To call enter 519-634-5441 followed by 8 to dial by extension and enter the guidance counsellor’s extension listed below.
